Free to use

Creating an account and using PaddleHub for discovery is free, including:

• browsing tournaments, clubs, courts and coaches;
• viewing player rankings, DUPR ratings, medals and results;
• finding and joining free open-play games;
• following live brackets and scores.

What you pay for

Prices for the items below are set by the respective Provider (club, organizer or coach) and vary by venue, event and city. The exact amount — including any platform fee and applicable taxes — is always shown at checkout before you pay.

• Tournament entry fees — set by the event organizer, per category. Shown on the tournament's registration screen.
• Court bookings — set by the club, typically charged per hour. Shown when you pick a slot.
• Coaching sessions — set by the coach, typically an hourly rate. Shown when you request a session.
• Tournament hosting — organizers pay the host club a hosting fee (a floor amount plus an optional per-player amount), mediated by PaddleHub.

PaddleHub Pro

PaddleHub Pro is an optional monthly subscription that unlocks premium features (such as featured coach placement and a Pro badge). The current price and benefits are shown on the Pro page in the app before you subscribe. It renews automatically and can be cancelled anytime — see the Refund Policy.

Platform fee

PaddleHub charges a platform fee of 5% on paid transactions (entries, bookings, coaching and hosting) to operate and maintain the Platform and process payments securely. This fee is included in the total you see at checkout. PaddleHub collects the payment, retains its platform and gateway fees, and settles the net amount to the Provider.

Currency & taxes

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. As we expand internationally, additional currencies may be supported. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, which are shown where relevant.

Payments

PaddleHub is free during our beta — there are no charges yet. When paid features go live, payments will be processed securely through a certified payment gateway with support for UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM and other UPI apps), cards, net-banking and wallets.
